Job Summary

Skretting is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Planning
    • Develop and maintain accurate supply chain plans to meet customer demand, taking into account production capacity, raw material availability, and formulation optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential supply chain constraints.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials.
  • Inventory Management
    • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
    • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and production schedules to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Monitoring and Analysis
    • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, including delivery times, inventory levels, and waste reduction.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to implement them.

Requirements

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
