Job Summary

Nutreco's Global Supply Chain Professional Program is a 18-month journey designed to develop the next generation of supply chain leaders. As a Supply Network Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, balancing supply and demand, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Supply Plan for specific product groups and/or networks of Supply Points (Plants) within the IBP process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Formulation, Pricing, Finance, and Sales, to drive business growth and optimize supply chain performance.
  • Make tactical decisions to balance supply and demand, and present recommendations to the IBP Executive team for final approval.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leveraging industry-specific knowledge and expertise to drive business results.

Program Overview

The program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of Nutreco's end-to-end supply chain processes, including the interdependencies and interconnectedness between different areas. You will gain industry-specific knowledge, leverage the experience of experts in our different locations and Opcos, and develop a personal network in a collaborative environment.

Program Structure

The program consists of three six-month rotations, typically in three different countries, in three different supply chain areas. Each rotation starts with a Skills Development Academy week focused on job-specific learning and personal development. You will also meet your fellow global Young Professionals and benefit from a wide range of trainings and events.
