Key Responsibilities- Organize the operation of the restaurants to ensure exceptional customer service and contribute to the achievement of Food and Beverage ratios and economic objectives.
- Implement the restaurant's methodology, including knowledge of products, orders, and service standards.
- Plan menus, review maintenance actions, and manage staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor staff costs, productivity KPIs, and customer feedback to drive business growth.
- Participate in daily briefings to stay informed about departmental situations and ensure the team's knowledge of data sheets.
- Be knowledgeable of the department's budget and support the head of department in preparing projections.
- Ensure the fulfillment of economic goals established in the department.
- Support and participate in the identification of talent in the department.
- Be knowledgeable of development plans and tools in Human Resources and promote their use.
- Identify high-potential staff and actively participate in the development of the team and trainees.
- Be knowledgeable of the Brand philosophy and ensure optimal implementation of standards, operations, and identity manuals.
- Promote local gastronomy and ensure the separation of waste generated in the area of responsibility.
- Be knowledgeable of the hotel's evacuation plan and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Procedures and Instructions.
