About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office Director to lead our CAPEX expansion projects in the pharmaceutical industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver multiple CAPEX expansion projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine resource needs and requirements for projects.
  • Develop resource allocation plans to ensure optimal utilisation of resources and monitor resource availability and workloads.
  • Establish and enforce project governance frameworks and standards, conducting project audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to project governance and project controls.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience with CAPEX expansion projects in the pharmaceutical industry is a must.
  • Fluency in English is required.
