Job Summary

As a Sales Director at Hilton Hotels Corporation, you will be responsible for leading the hotel sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth and expansion. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to identify and drive focused activities on elements of the business that require additional support
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and expansion
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion
