Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner Intern to support our team in Pomezia, Italy. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in defining production plans, generating work orders, and issuing purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze monthly statistical forecasts and forecast errors to inform demand planning decisions.
  • Generate lots and issue work orders to freeze production plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to share results and analysis.
  • Work closely with other STERIS entities to issue internal requisitions and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Develop monthly build plans for assigned manufacturing facilities and monthly requirements for purchased finished goods.
  • Support and perform KPI analysis and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent English written and spoken.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical approach.
  • Self-motivated and organized, flexible, and willing to learn proactively.
  • Familiarity with Oracle (plus).
  • Effective communication skills.
