ROLE OVERVIEW AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this position, you will assist the Regional HR EMEA Team, specifically within the Optical Retail sector, to develop and execute the people strategy, offer guidance on significant personnel matters, and collaborate with Country Human Resources to enhance all HR operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Supporting the HR Business Partner in various HR processes and projects across the EMEA region for the Retail Optical sector.
- Participating in the Performance and Talent Management processes.
- Assisting in Compensation and Performance Management activities, including Salary Reviews, MBO, and Long-Term Incentives.
- Actively engaging in the integration process that encompasses the entire region concerning Data Quality and HR Organizational Structure.

TECHNICAL SKILLS - IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Educational background in economics.
- Passion for Human Resources.
- Experience with Excel or SAP is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset.

Italian
English
