Project Director FP

We are seeking an experienced Project Director FP to lead our major expansion project in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, defining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and desired outcomes.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, promoting a positive and productive working environment.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of project activities, monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to project plans.
- Develop project budgets, closely monitoring and managing expenditures to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Project Management certification, such as PMP, is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
You will be joining a newly established and growing area in our company, responsible for designing, planning, and building all major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk to meet the needs of millions of patients.
Our team is responsible for planning, organising, and controlling resources and processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Our department is dynamic and collaborative, providing a supportive environment for professional growth and development.
The Position will be located at our office in the greater Rome area.
