Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures and policies to enhance customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the energy or utility industry.
