Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Engineer Operations Center Milan to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and ensuring compliance with technical and legal obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain company assets, ensuring compliance with technical and legal obligations;
  2. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance;
  3. Collaborate with the Operations Center Director and Hotel Manager to identify and prioritize engineering needs and opportunities;
  4. Supervise the resolution of technical and legal incidents, ensuring prompt and effective resolution;
  5. Coordinate with external companies to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations;
  6. Participate in the preparation of the department's budget and ensure compliance with it;
  7. Monitor and report on departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures;
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to energy use and sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree;
  • Strong previous experience in the hotellerie industry;
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English;
  • Excellent budgeting and reporting skills.
