About the Role:

We are seeking a Chief Engineer Operations Center Milan to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels, including maintenance, energy management, and risk assessment. You will work closely with our hotel managers and directors to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and improve our overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the optimal functioning of our hotels
  • Manage energy consumption and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential hazards
  • Collaborate with our hotel teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions
