About the Role:

We are seeking a Chief Engineer Operations Center Milan to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels, including maintenance, energy management, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the optimal functioning of our hotels
  • Manage energy budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards
  • Collaborate with our engineering partner to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Supervise the resolution of technical incidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with our teams to implement preventative maintenance plans
  • Participate in the preparation of departmental budgets and ensure compliance with financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures and instructions

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced engineer with a strong background in hotel operations. You will have a degree in engineering and a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
