Job Description:
">We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Technologies. The successful candidate will oversee front office and guest services operations, ensuring superior service quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include supervising a team of guest service agents, managing day-to-day tasks, and providing excellent customer service.
Salary: Estimated $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of Front Office supervisory experience in an upper upscale international chain
- Hilton Hotel Brand experience and OnQ certification preferred
- High level of IT proficiency and commercial awareness
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
