Il nostro cliente, Contract Manager s.r.l., è una società operante nel settore della logistica per conto di terzi, con una clientela diversificata e servizi logistici personalizzati. La società è presente sul mercato da diversi anni e gode di ottima immagine.

Problema

La Direzione ha deciso di intervenire nella messa in efficienza della gestione dei vari magazzini periferici presenti sul territorio italiano, sia propri, che in gestione per conto dei clienti. L'obiettivo del progetto è di gestire il complesso processo di cambiamento organizzativo, migliorando l'efficienza e sfruttando le potenzialità dell'azienda, al fine di favorire lo sviluppo dimensionale.

Profilo richiesto

Laurea in Ingegneria e/o in Economia Aziendale. Logistic Manager con esperienza in realtà molto strutturate e che abbia gestito realtà complesse e articolate, con molteplici magazzini sparsi sul territorio. Manager caratterizzato da alta operatività e ottima leadership. Residenza in Emilia-Romagna, Lombardia, Piemonte. Elevata seniority nella funzione di Logistic Manager o di Supply Chain Manager.

Compiti e responsabilità

Il candidato selezionato dovrà gestire il complesso processo di cambiamento organizzativo, migliorando l'efficienza e sfruttando le potenzialità dell'azienda. Sarà responsabile della gestione dei vari magazzini periferici presenti sul territorio italiano, sia propri, che in gestione per conto dei clienti.

Requisiti

Laurea in Ingegneria e/o in Economia Aziendale. Esperienza in realtà molto strutturate e gestione di realtà complesse e articolate. Alta operatività e ottima leadership. Residenza in Emilia-Romagna, Lombardia, Piemonte. Elevata seniority nella funzione di Logistic Manager o di Supply Chain Manager.
