Descrizione del ruolo

Il candidato ideale si occuperà di:

  • gestire l'iter dell'ordine, garantendo la corretta gestione dei processi
  • collaborare con la produzione per verificare le tempistiche di consegna
  • verificare i prodotti presenti in magazzino
  • contattare la logistica per organizzare le spedizioni
  • offrire supporto ai clienti
  • gestire reclami e risolvere problemi
  • svolgere attività di reportistica per monitorare i risultati

Il candidato ideale deve avere almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di customer service e deve avere una buona conoscenza del settore medicale. È richiesto un buon livello di inglese e sono necessarie attitudine al lavoro di squadra, problem solving e professionalità.

Il candidato verrà inserito in base al profilo individuato e sarà soggetto a un processo di selezione.
