Descrizione del ruolo

Il candidato ideale si occuperà di:

  • gestire l'iter dell'ordine, garantendo la corretta gestione dei processi
  • collaborare con la produzione per verificare le tempistiche di consegna
  • verificare la disponibilità dei prodotti in magazzino
  • organizzare le spedizioni con la logistica
  • offrire supporto ai clienti e gestire eventuali reclami
  • svolgere attività di reportistica per monitorare i risultati

Per questo ruolo, richiediamo al candidato di avere almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel settore del customer service. È fondamentale avere una buona conoscenza del settore medicale e un buon livello di inglese. Inoltre, è richiesta attitudine al lavoro di squadra, problem solving e professionalità.

Il candidato selezionato sarà inserito in base al profilo individuato e sarà impegnato in un contratto a tempo indeterminato con una retribuzione compresa tra €28.000 e €37.000 all'anno, più un ticket di €7 al mese. Il lavoro sarà svolto in orario diurno, lunedì-venerdì, dalle 8:30 alle 17:30.

La sede di lavoro sarà a Milano, zona nord ovest.
