Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute promotional plans to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing events, tournaments, and entertainment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote the highest degree of quality customer service to Team Members and guests.
  • Assist with promotion setup within IGT/SCA and ensure the quality of services and implementation of the promotion.
  • May be called on to oversee Event TM's during promotions, gifting or events to ensure the quality of services and implementation of the promotion.
  • Other duties as directed by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum age requirement for this position is 21 years old.
  • 1-year experience in marketing/promotions or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • General understanding of computer programs, including all windows applications required.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and be insurable by TRCR's insurance agency.
  • Possess or obtain a Food Handlers Card/OLCC License within 30 days of employment.
  • Must have strong communication, guest relations, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbally, in writing or by other acceptable means.
  • Comply with pre-employment, random and reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing.
  • Receive and maintain a valid gaming license from the CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission.
