We are Deoleo, the world's largest olive oil company, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Italy.

About the Role:

The Sales and Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for negotiating and monitoring contracts with HoReCa clients, achieving agreed-upon targets in terms of market share, revenue, investments, and costs. This role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiating and monitoring contracts with HoReCa clients
  • Achieving agreed-upon targets in terms of market share, revenue, investments, and costs
  • Planning sales activities by providing monthly forecasts to the HoReCa Manager
  • Coordinating external agents in executing defined sales plans
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or degree in economics
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales positions in HoReCa, preferably in the food industry
  • Fluent in Italian, intermediate in English and Spanish
