We are Deoleo, the world's largest olive oil company, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Italy.
About the Role:The Sales and Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for negotiating and monitoring contracts with HoReCa clients, achieving agreed-upon targets in terms of market share, revenue, investments, and costs. This role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiating and monitoring contracts with HoReCa clients
- Achieving agreed-upon targets in terms of market share, revenue, investments, and costs
- Planning sales activities by providing monthly forecasts to the HoReCa Manager
- Coordinating external agents in executing defined sales plans
- High school diploma or degree in economics
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales positions in HoReCa, preferably in the food industry
- Fluent in Italian, intermediate in English and Spanish
- Flexible working hours with hybrid model
