As a Front Desk Ambassador at Starhotels, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating memorable experiences during arrival, stay, and departure. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing information and assistance to guests in a friendly and prompt manner.
- Handling check-in, check-out activities, and other related tasks efficiently.
- Managing guest messages and requests effectively.
- Supporting the team during night shifts and staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
- Ensuring lobby and Front Desk standards and safety compliance.
- Adhering to policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems.
Requirements
- A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
- Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
- A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Impeccable grooming standards.
- Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
- Enthusiasm when being assigned to both individual and team-oriented tasks.
- Mastery of the local area, enhancing guest experiences.
Language Skills
- Italian – fluently
- English – fluently
- Additional languages are a plus.
