Job Title: Emea Marketing Strategist Specialist

Arrow ECS is seeking an experienced Emea Marketing Strategist Specialist to lead the marketing strategy and execution for CloudHealth in EMEA. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of go-to-market and marketing plans to increase sales of CloudHealth and Arrow's market share and visibility within the FinOps area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote CloudHealth targeting managed service providers and end customers.
  • Oversee the full marketing mix, including demand generation programs, to recruit, enable, and grow managed service providers and develop net new business.
  • Liaise with the marketing strategist in NA to build synergies and collaborate with other functions of Arrow ECS Marketing.
  • Apply a deep understanding of Arrow's value proposition and initiatives in FinOps to guide marketing planning and strategies.
  • Monitor the progress of campaigns in EMEA and use advanced understanding of CloudHealth go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging to create high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Own the marketing investment and spending strategy to deliver ROI against the marketing plans in the region.
  • Analyze and articulate campaign effectiveness and metrics to Arrow.
  • Propose creative ideas to maximize the impact of campaigns and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in FinOps.
  • At least 3 years of experience in strategic marketing plan creation.
  • Experience in modern marketing, including digital marketing and Account Based Marketing.
  • Experience working with or for channels is mandatory.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several projects and multiple stakeholders at one time.
  • Business fluency in English.
  • Additional European language as a plus.
