Make a significant impact in the realm of financial operations

We are seeking a skilled and driven ERP Senior Business Analyst to become part of our Global Operation Controlling team. This role focuses on overseeing the deployment of a specific Costing Accounting model across all manufacturing sites within LivaNova.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ERP systems, data migration, and a robust background in cost accounting principles.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Operations Finance, functional leaders, local plant controllers, and subject matter experts throughout the implementation of the cost accounting model.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating resources and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
  • Working with project stakeholders to establish a clear roadmap, milestones, and actionable steps to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborating with local plant controllers during the implementation and localization of the cost accounting model, serving as the liaison between global and local controlling teams, as well as the central IT department.
  • Proficiently gathering and translating user and system requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Acting as the primary contact during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase to identify and resolve issues during the rollout.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to technical solutions, including user manuals.

The preferred candidate will have a solid foundation in industrial accounting and finance, complemented by exceptional analytical capabilities.

This role requires the ability to manage individual tasks effectively and communicate proficiently with a diverse, cross-functional, and international team.

Ideally, candidates will have hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and prior involvement in SAP or equivalent ERP system implementations and data migration projects.
