Product Marketing Operations Lead

Position Overview
As a pivotal member of the Product Marketing and Portfolio Management team at Hitachi Energy, you will take charge of the product brand migration initiative. This role entails coordinating various workstreams and overseeing the program's progress by monitoring, tracking, and reporting on key strategic performance indicators (KPIs). Your efforts will ensure the successful completion of our brand migration across all facets of our offerings.
You will play an essential role in transitioning to a unified Hitachi Energy brand, collaborating with Global Product Groups (GPGs) to implement a comprehensive rebranding strategy, guidelines, and resources in partnership with the Global Branding Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee program management, including the monitoring, tracking, and reporting of progress. Prepare presentations and dashboards tailored for various stakeholders within the organization. Engage proactively in discussions and communication.
- Structure the program and governance to adapt to evolving needs. Identify synergies across workstreams, propose enhancements, and pinpoint gaps. Recognize cross-GPG actions that can benefit ongoing initiatives.
- Facilitate alignment at all organizational levels by utilizing both formal and informal communication channels.
- Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions while supporting your colleagues and the business.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in engineering or marketing.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing landscape of power systems is advantageous.
- Proven program management capabilities, including leading virtual teams to achieve results in a global context.
- At least 5 years of experience in the energy sector, in either local or global roles.
- Experience in managing complex projects; additional project management certification is a plus.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of structuring and driving intricate projects.
- Exceptional influencing, communication, and networking skills developed in an international, matrixed environment.
- Open-mindedness and capacity for innovative thinking.
- Demonstrated ownership, self-sufficiency, and initiative to drive progress through personal action.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred Location:
Spain (Madrid) is preferred, with additional potential locations in Poland or Italy.
