Job Title: Regional Account Manager Centro

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager Centro to join our team at Lotus Bakeries. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account plans that align with our company's strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement account plans that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  3. Translate our brand strategy into actionable plans that drive sales and revenue growth.
  4. Monitor and manage administrative, logistical, and financial issues that may impact our customers.
  5. Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Collaborate with our category management team to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve them.
  7. Build and maintain a strong network within the FMCG industry, staying up-to-date on market trends and developments.
  8. Analyze and translate market data to inform our business decisions.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, using this insight to inform our sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as economics or business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of Italian trade structures and retail dynamics.
  • Fluent Italian language skills, with a good understanding of English.
  • Affinity with numbers and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.

Location: Based in or around Naples, with a willingness to travel frequently (70%).
