Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager Centro to join our team at Lotus Bakeries. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account plans that align with our company's strategy and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account plans that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Translate our brand strategy into actionable plans that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Monitor and manage administrative, logistical, and financial issues that may impact our customers.
- Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with our category management team to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve them.
- Build and maintain a strong network within the FMCG industry, staying up-to-date on market trends and developments.
- Analyze and translate market data to inform our business decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, using this insight to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field, such as economics or business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of Italian trade structures and retail dynamics.
- Fluent Italian language skills, with a good understanding of English.
- Affinity with numbers and a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
Location: Based in or around Naples, with a willingness to travel frequently (70%).
