About the Role

Lotus Bakeries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an account plan in line with the company's strategy and building strong commercial relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an account plan that aligns with the company's strategy and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with customers, including developing and implementing a profitable price, packaging, and promotional strategy.
  • Monitor and manage all administrative, logistical, or financial issues encountered by customers in close consultation with the sales assistant.
  • Work closely with Category Management to jointly develop and implement key leverages that enable business growth.
  • Collaborate with field sales to translate the range and promotional initiatives into clear KPIs.
  • Analyze and translate all relevant market data to inform business decisions.
  • Build sustainable contacts with customers, leveraging strong analytical skills, pro-active thinking, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Communicate relevant commercial information to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in an economic direction.
  • Minimum 5 years of FMCG experience.
  • Knowledge of Italian trade structure and Italian Retail.
  • Understanding of Sales Process dynamics.
  • Good knowledge of IRI/GFK Execution.
  • Affinity with numbers.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian, with good understanding of English (written and spoken).

Working Conditions

  • Based in or around Naples, with willingness to travel most of the time (70%).
