Stiamo cercando un professionista appassionato di Customer Experience che si unisca al nostro team di Customer Relations all'interno del nostro store IKEA. Il tuo compito sarà quello di supportare i nostri clienti in tutti gli aspetti relativi ai nostri servizi e al post-vendita.

Responsabilità
  • Accogliere i clienti e comprendere il loro bisogno
  • Offrire ai clienti tutti i nostri servizi e le soluzioni migliori
  • Estrapolare e monitorare i KPI's di performance dell'area Customer Relations
  • Individuare possibili azioni correttive per il raggiungimento dei goal legati alla Customer Experience
  • Implementare nuovi progetti per migliorare la piattaforma globale di Knowledge Base

Requisiti
  • Titolo di studio in ambito Economico e/o Marketing
  • Passione per la Customer Experience e la Home Furnishing
  • Comunicazione efficace e capacità di lavorare in team
