**Front Office Supervisor**

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at 7Pines Resort Sardinia. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes, guest requests, and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any problems or complaints
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and room assignments
  • Supervise, train, and coach front desk staff to ensure they meet hotel standards
  • Ensure all front office equipment and supplies are maintained and in good working order
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or related role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)
