Job DescriptionWe are looking for a professional who can provide exceptional guest service, manage switchboard operations, and ensure seamless customer reception. The successful candidate will also be responsible for entering reservations, managing payments, issuing tax documents, and coordinating with other departments.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a Front Office Agent and possess excellent communication skills in English. Previous experience in similar establishments or the hotel industry is highly desirable.
