Il 7Pines Resort Sardinia per la prossima stagione estiva 2025 è alla ricerca di un' Assistantant Guest Relations Manager.
Principali compiti:
- Supervisionare e coordinare l'arrivo e la partenza degli ospiti speciali e degli ospiti VIP;
- Gestire i messaggi e le e-mail per gli ospiti;
- Gestire i reclami e i problemi degli ospiti e negoziare con loro in modo efficace;
- Formare e gestire i membri del team per le relazioni con gli ospiti;
- Accogliere e registrare gli ospiti al loro arrivo;
- Organizzare le prenotazioni;
- Sviluppare e implementare strategie per migliorare la soddisfazione e la fedeltà degli ospiti
- Gestire richieste, reclami e domande degli ospiti in modo professionale e tempestivo;
- Rispondere a domande sulla struttura e sull'area circostante;
- Assicurare che gli ospiti ricevano i servizi di cui hanno bisogno.
Requisiti:
- pregressa esperienza nel ruolo;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese;
- empatia e ottime capacità comunicative.
