Il HSE Coordinator è un professionista che lavora per garantire che tutti i requisiti regolatori e aziendali relativi alla salute, alla sicurezza e all'ambiente siano rispettati, sia per il sito italiano che per i siti dei clienti durante le attività di installazione e manutenzione.
Il ruolo è responsabile della raccolta, elaborazione e trasmissione di informazioni rilevanti per la vita della società e di tutti gli impiegati, comunicando in modo trasversale con diverse funzioni e sia con stakeholder interni che esterni.
Compiti e Responsabilità- Contribuire alla definizione degli obiettivi e del piano d'azione annuale per la prevenzione dei rischi ambientali, di salute e di sicurezza.
- Effettuare una revisione dei processi EHS da implementare in relazione alla gestione e alle operazioni.
- Partecipare alle analisi di rischio per prodotti e progetti.
- Definire un addestramento EHS appropriato per gli impiegati in coordinamento con il dipartimento HR.
- Contribuire alla manutenzione delle certificazioni ISO 45001 e 14001.
- Implementare la metodologia di miglioramento continuo e i processi all'interno degli standard EHS esistenti (8D report).
- Agire come consulente durante le fasi di installazione e messa in servizio per le squadre operative in termini di EHS.
- Assicurare il rispetto delle leggi e delle normative EHS, prendere iniziative e seguire le modifiche necessarie e tenere aggiornati i vertici aziendali.
- Supportare il dipartimento legale in tutti i casi di conformità EHS e mantenere relazioni professionali con le autorità competenti. Assicurare che siano presenti tutti i requisiti di reporting EHS e che sia definito e implementato un piano d'azione appropriato.
- Assicurare il follow-up sulle osservazioni di sicurezza, sui casi di vicinanza e sulle segnalazioni di incidente, RCA e azioni correttive. Preparare le comunicazioni ai vertici aziendali e agli impiegati per creare consapevolezza e migliorare la cultura di sicurezza.
- Organizzare azioni preventive EHS (ad esempio, 1/4 ora di sicurezza, corsi di addestramento EHS).
- Eseguire esercitazioni di sicurezza di emergenza regolari sul sito.
- Punto di contatto chiave in caso di gestione di crisi locale.
