Job Description:

At Lumentum, we're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. We're looking for a talented Supply Chain Program Manager to join our team and help us drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the extended supply chain team during NPI to architect and implement a sustainable and predictable supply chain for the lifetime of a product, aligning with the overall business and supply chain strategy.
  • Project management and cross-functional coordination: Lead the NPI Execution team to provide functional deliverables supporting achievement of project goals.
  • Provide high quality, concise management reporting of status, risks & issues, ensure completeness and accuracy of information reporting related to the Supply Chain function.
  • Communicate extensively throughout the supply chain to ensure continuous alignment of products and strategies during the NPI development cycle.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific strategic reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule or demand.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Engineering or other relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Up to 8 years of prior experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of program milestones and design/development phase gating processes.
  • Skilled user of Microsoft Office suite of business software: Word, Excel, Project and Power Point.
  • Requires exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, analytical ability, decision making, and organizational skills.
