Automotive Parts Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Parts Field Consultant to join our team in North East Italy.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have approximately 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial activities, with a strong understanding of the Automotive spare parts business. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing commercial policies and loyalty recovery plans
- Supporting commercial and organizational development of dealer's and subdealer's networks
- Defining and sharing action plans with assigned program participants to achieve strategic objectives
- Verifying and collecting spare parts orders, visiting dealerships and subdealerships in compliance with defined KPIs
- Carrying out prospecting activities for new adherents and identifying potential new structures
- Supporting central and local marketing campaigns, as well as managing their implementation
- Coaching activities on available products
The successful candidate will possess:
- Approximately 1 to 3 years of experience in Automotive commercial activities
- Knowledge of Automotive spare parts business
- Stakeholders management skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Fluency in Italian (English knowledge is appreciated)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
We offer professional growth opportunities and a competitive salary package (approximately €45,000 - €65,000 per year), commensurate with actual experience and skills gained.
