Your role involves driving commercial growth and developing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Z&R's commercial plans and integrate personal initiatives for enhanced market penetration.
  • Coordinate closely with and report to your Key Account Manager.
  • Ensure comprehensive market coverage for Z&R products within your assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive client visits and consultative selling.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for perfumes, cosmetics, and beauty products.
  • A professional attitude and appearance, representing the brand effectively.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  • 0-3 years of professional experience in sales/marketing/hospitality or a related field.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and handle responsibilities independently.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a passion for sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving goals and driving results.
