About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Finance Director to join our team at Puratos. As a key member of our Country Management Team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial success of our business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Collaborate with the General Manager and Management Team to achieve short and long-term financial goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Manage, coach, and guide the local Finance team to achieve defined objectives and ensure the effective use of company resources.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Plan and organize the Finance function of the company, taking into account both Group and Local requirements.
  • Financial Risk Management: Safeguard the company's financial assets and ensure the effective and efficient use of company resources.
  • Financial Reporting: Organize and manage the accounting and data processing functions for reliable, timely administration and reporting in alignment with statutory, fiscal, and group operational requirements.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of people leadership experience and ability to work with different styles and cultures.
  • Financial Expertise: Relevant experience in a Finance role, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand how to facilitate team processes and appreciate the big picture.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the food industry, preferably in a multinational or local big food company.
