Job Description:

Adecco Italia S.p.A. is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Rome. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as maintaining and increasing revenue within existing accounts in a specific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and qualify new lead opportunities to increase revenue in specific markets
  • Generate potential clients through targeted calls and lead qualification generated through marketing, telemarketing, and web services
  • Act as the primary contact for your accounts
  • Accurate management of all leads, opportunities, and associated data through the CRM tool (SFDC) and updating all activities within SFDC
  • Meet all set objectives and achieve KPIs
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the sector and the company's competitive position
  • Joint strategic and tactical planning with the Account Manager

Requirements:

  • Experience in an internal or hybrid sales role
  • Proven experience in achieving objectives
  • Knowledge of Italian is preferred
  • English language skills at level B2 are required
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are essential for this role
