About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to strengthen our teams in Rome and Milan.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the successful accomplishment of our assignments, and:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to address client needs and issues
  • Provide expert guidance and support to your team in structuring and solving complex problems
  • Manage workload and coach team members to ensure successful delivery
  • Communicate recommendations and sensitive messages to senior-level client audiences

In addition to this, you will build relationships beyond project assignments and identify opportunities for future business growth.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of work experience in management consulting or industry experience in strategy-related functions (an MBA is a plus)
  • Strategy consulting experience in one or more of the following industry sectors: Energy & Utilities, TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom), Private Equity, Industrials, Travel & Transportation
  • Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in previous positions
  • Deep industry expertise and demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovation and take calculated risks
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English

  • Can leverage leadership and convincing skills to motivate your team and drive change in the client's environment

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the office by taking on a role in the internal office organization.
