Job Description:

We are seeking an intern to be trained as Junior HR Generalist for our Honeywell Building Automation (BA) division based in Trieste. As part of our University Relations program, this role offers hands-on experience, mentorship and opportunities for growth within Honeywell.

The Junior HR Generalist will provide human resources support to develop, deliver and maintain programs which directly align with the achievement of business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Human Resources core processes: talent management, training plan, employee engagement, succession planning, recruiting and onboarding.
  • Assisting the site HR Manager in front office activities with managers and employees.
  • Implementing and executing HR projects.
  • Delivering local internal communication initiatives.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Law, Political Sciences, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Fluent English and Italian language skills; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
  • Good relations and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
  • Customer orientation approach.
  • Structured approach.
