Culinary Section Lead

Job Summary:
As a Chef De Partie at Anantara, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary dishes prepared in your section. This requires a high level of knowledge about your specialty and culinary functions in general.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients.
- Handle food stock and work with attention to detail to fulfill all orders within quality standards.
- Give orders within your section and carry out orders handed down to you by the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or any culinary degree.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
