Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate quarterly forecasts among 5 product lines and support the preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) packages, including Risks Opportunities (RO) Forecast.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast Operational Expenses and drive accountability and forecast throughout the organization.
* Support RD cost tracking and help the RD leader with prioritization of RD investment.
* Develop, track, report, and analyze key financial metrics for AAT Product lines, including PL, Operational metrics, and Headcounts.
* Standardize reporting to communicate performance to senior Leadership Team.
* Understand drivers of profitability, challenge current business assumptions, and formulate opportunities for financial improvements.
* Communicate risks and opportunities to expected results and develop contingency plans to deliver on financial commitments.
Key Competencies:
* 5+ years of experience in finance with hands-on experience in providing financial analysis to drive business decisions.
* Proven track record of making logical assumptions and effectively benchmarking results.
* Ability to innovate process change and identify barriers.
* Systems experience, including SAP, Hyperion Planning, PowerBI, and advanced Excel Skills.
