H-Farm Education is a pioneer in innovation, shaping the future of learning and empowering the next generation of leaders.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Project Director to oversee and drive the success of high-impact initiatives critical to our mission and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with H-Farm's vision and objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication at all levels.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and integration across all project phases.
- Monitor project performance using key metrics and prepare detailed reports for the CEO and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and propose initiatives that enhance the strategic value of projects.
We are looking for someone to lead the following projects:
- Implementation of a Philanthropic Gift Scholarship Program: Oversee the design and roll-out of a program enabling talented students to access educational opportunities through donor-funded scholarships.
- Strategic Partnerships with Leading Higher Education Institutions: Drive the development of collaborations with renowned universities and educational organizations to strengthen H-Farm's academic network.
- Operational Effectiveness Program: Optimize internal processes and workflows to ensure scalable and efficient project execution across departments.
- Digital Innovation in Education: Introduce and integrate new educational technologies to enhance learning experiences for students and staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project leadership roles, preferably in an international and multicultural context.
- A strong understanding of strategic project management principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, as well as a dynamic and collaborative work environment driven by innovation and purpose.
