About the Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Developer to join our Energy Efficiency Solutions team. As a Junior Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop new skills, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Head of Energy Efficiency Solutions in studying projects and new business activities.
  • Building processes related to energy communities setup and managing activities with GSE, Energy Distributor, TERNA, and Energy Communities to achieve authorizations and certifications.
  • Providing tailored energy efficiency solutions to customers, extending the life of commodity contracts, and generating additional revenue.
  • Developing knowledge about energy efficiency, environmental regulation, and market dynamics, as well as prevailing or potential technologies/solutions.
  • Developing new business areas and managing new ideas proactively.

About You

We are looking for an Energy Engineer, Environmental Engineer, or Industrial Engineer with a strong analytical and mathematical background. You should be able to process information, identify problems, and solve complex problems. Additionally, you should have an entrepreneurial mindset, be energetic, hard-working, and results-oriented.

  • Well organized, autonomous with time management and planning skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
