At STX Group, we're committed to accelerating green growth and reducing carbon emissions. As a Senior Business Developer - Energy Efficiency, you'll play a crucial role in driving our Energy Efficiency business unit forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy commercial strategies to drive business growth
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with heavy energy consumers
  • Offer energy and sustainability solutions to business customers
  • Identify and establish partnerships with contractors developing energy efficiency projects
  • Conduct technical analysis and evaluation of energy efficiency projects
  • Manage projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the energy or industrial sectors
  • Graduate of a top-level engineering or business school
  • Highly comfortable with technical and complex solutions
  • General knowledge about the energy sector in Italy will be an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial and synthetic spirit
  • Fluent in Italian and good command of English (at least B2 level)
  • Strong presentation, communication, and sales skills
  • Self-discipline and high motivation
