About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our team at Oil And Gas Job Search Ltd. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of working practices and procedures for our customers during visits/audits on the production plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of reference for suppliers during the process audits to ensure the compliance of working practices and procedures.
  • Manage non-conformity incidents by cooperating closely with other business functions and suppliers.
  • Be responsible for managing all quality data accurately to better understand the status quo and prevent future non-conformities as part of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Knowledge of plastic and metallic technologies, quality control processes and methodologies, and Statistical Analysis.
  • Problem-solving orientation.
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Very good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Good interpersonal attitude.
  • Experience of 2-3 years in similar roles will be considered a plus.
  • Positive spirit, proactivity, team working, responsiveness.
  • Commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects.
