Job Summary

RINA is seeking a highly skilled Junior Quality Assurance Specialist to join its team in the Aerospace & Defence Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support engineers in designing solutions, products, machines, systems, or structures, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
  • Provide direct day-to-day support and oversight of project elements, including site visits to take measurements.
  • Assist engineers or engineering teams by gathering data for permit applications, submitting documentation to officials, and performing other day-to-day duties.
  • Develop project schedules and deliverable timelines under the supervision of more experienced engineers.
  • Prepare project deliverables, including technical reports, project performance documentation, and engineering drawings.
  • Prepare progress reports and present them to engineers and other personnel.
  • Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA Quality Management System.
  • Contribute to the QMS improvement according to their role.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering and construction personnel.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of quality policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
