Role Overview
As a Human Resources Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and updating the HR Information System (HRIS) with employee data, overseeing the complete employee life cycle, participating in payroll activities, developing and enforcing HR policies, enhancing HR processes, leading HR technology initiatives, managing HR analytics, and serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
You will be an integral part of the HR Team, supporting the Satispay Group.
Your Mission:
- Manage and update HRIS. Ensure precise and high-quality data entry for new hires, terminations, sick leaves, vacations, and days off.
- Oversee employee life cycle. Manage onboarding to offboarding processes, including drafting contracts and handling employment changes, promotions, and terminations.
- Develop and enforce HR policies. Create, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and regulations.
- Lead HR innovation and analytics. Implement new technologies, drive HR projects, manage HR analytics, create KPI dashboards, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Proven HR experience. You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, ideally in an international setting, with foundational knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria and CCNL Commercio.
- Fluent in Italian and English. You exhibit excellent communication skills in both languages; knowledge of French, Spanish, or other European languages is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and discreet. You have a meticulous mindset with the capability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- System implementation and continuous improvement. You are experienced in deploying new HR systems and driving their ongoing enhancement, and you are enthusiastic about embracing new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
