- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Business Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Retail Italy business, ensuring efficient use of resources, effective budget management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail sector, with a proven track record of success in leading complex projects and teams.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
