RINA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Strategist to join its Global Marketing & Pricing Division in Genoa, Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement pricing strategies for new services, considering market demand, competitive landscape, and value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing models and structures that align with business objectives, profitability targets, and customer value perceptions.
- Establish pricing guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness across different markets and regions.
- Lead the pricing strategy for the launch of new services, working closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams.
- Analyze the performance of launched services in terms of revenue, profitability, and margins.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize pricing, maximize revenue, and improve profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing management, revenue management, or related roles, preferably in a global or multi-national company.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Excellent understanding of pricing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
- Familiarity with pricing software, tools, and systems.
