Triumph International, a leading global lingerie company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sell Out Specialist to join our dynamic team in Italy. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, activating new sales points, and driving business growth in the Marche and Lazio regions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Identify and activate new sales points in the Lazio region, expanding our market presence and increasing sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with In-Store Decision Makers to develop and implement effective sales strategies, driving business growth and improving market share.
  • Negotiate local promotional and marketing activities with Point of Sales Decision Makers, enhancing Sloggi's visibility and brand awareness.
  • Manage in-store merchandising activities, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and driving sales growth.
  • Implement order entry and provide accurate reproduction of customer order requirements, ensuring timely feedback and resolution of any issues.
  • Monitor retail trends, competitors' products, and market developments, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular internal reports to the Manager, highlighting market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Achieve sales targets, including turnover, promotions, and new business growth.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Sell Out in the GDO sector.
  • Based in Marche or Abruzzo.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Availability to work on the field 100%.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
