Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team at BDP International. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team to connect with suppliers, negotiate prices, and submit offers to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Support the sales team by organizing customer visits, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate prices to ensure the best possible deals for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and policies, including those related to information assurance and quality management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or telemarketing in a freight forwarding company.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, with additional languages an advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
