Job Description

Scope

This position is located in the office and provides essential support to the sales team in connecting with suppliers, securing the best prices, and submitting offers to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains a strong relationship with new and existing customers.
  • Develops a new customer portfolio and enhances the existing client base.
  • Supports and organizes customer visits for the sales team.
  • Identifies and communicates with suppliers regarding customer needs to ensure optimal service.
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Processes shipping orders and provides accurate pricing information.
  • Follows PSA BDP internal procedures when preparing offers.
  • Prioritizes maintaining high profits during sales and aims to collect payments in the quickest manner possible.
  • Prepares sales and marketing-related reports as requested by management.
  • Attends to approximately 15+ appointments per week.
  • Obtains customer feedback and assists in resolving their problems.
  • Prevents potential economic damage related to customer-oriented situations.
  • Complies with PSA BDP's internal procedures for document filing.
  • Participates in department meetings and related trainings.
  • Ensures adherence to Quality Management System requirements.
  • Follows 'Information Assurance' requirements in all actions and ensures direct reports comply with Information Assurance requirements.
