Job Summary
As a Sales Support Specialist - Inside Sales at Bdp International, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to connect with suppliers, get the best prices, and submit offers to customers. This position requires a strong relationship builder who can maintain a good rapport with new and existing customers, identify business opportunities, and optimize sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a good relationship with new and existing customers to identify business opportunities and optimize sales processes.
  • Create and improve customer portfolios to increase sales revenue.
  • Support and organize customer visits for the sales team to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Find suppliers and communicate with them regarding customer needs to ensure the best service.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare sales and marketing-related reports as requested by management.
  • Fix appointments and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets.
  • Obtain feedback from customers and assist in solving their problems.
  • Prevent actions against economic damage related to customer-oriented situations.
  • Comply with Quality Management System requirements and follow the 'Information Assurance' requirements in all actions.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years business experience in sales support or telemarketing in a freight forwarding company.
  • Fluent in English – written and verbal communication; other languages are an advantage.
